Deep Roots Initiative

The Deep Roots Initiative helps organizers, professors, and policymakers level up their listening, build community trust, and cultivate a more equitable future for all of us.

Learn. Lead. Build.

Research shows that when communities are more egalitarian, more people participate in social life, live longer and healthier lives. How can we build relationships that lead to policy that helps real people? Through mentorship, Deep Roots Initiative participants learn skills to build more equitable communities.
